[Mgs] Engine Replacement

I agree.  Now is the time to change both the transmission and motor mounts. 
In addition, I would look at the replacement engine and change the timing 
cover, pan, and tappet covers gaskets also.  These gaskets are relatively 
cheap and easy to get at.
