[Mgs] Luggage rack question

Hi,

I purchased a NOS luggage rack from an individual, Moss item 244-710, and 
they didn't have the 2 long 16" chrome mounting straps with the slight arch 
in them.  Has anyone had any luck in locating a source or know where I could 
look for a pair?  Or does anyone have an old rack with a pair they'd split?
