[Mgs] MGA Head Differences

I vintage race my 1957 MGA.  A little more compression might be nice, 
and permissible as long as it's period correct.

But mostly, assembling a back up engine with what I have available is my 
main goal, and I don't want to give up any power relative to my current 
engine.
