[Mgs] Non-start

[Max Heim]

Yeah, it's funny, but this particular starter has almost always managed to
turn over slowly (even when it won't actually fire up), even when the
battery was almost completely flat. I'm used to that. I guess this time the
cold damp weather was an additional impediment.
