[Mgs] What are these wires?

I have a couple of extra wires that come out of the alternator bundle. Since I didn't mark them, I am wondering if maybe
they are extras for the emissions controls that have been removed....? You can see the 3-pronged female connector and the
single, green-wired spade connector in the photo linked below.
