[Mgs] Car ID help - this time /w links (Hans Duinhoven)

Hi, I'm normally a lurker, but the pix of the Fiat interested me. I know of  
a private lot at the "shore" NJ that looks like the one pictured,  complete 
with Caddy, fence and weird cars. Could it be?
