[Mgs] Snappy caps

I was at the Target store recently (I like to pronounce it "tar-ZHAY"), and
was surprised to find a wide selection of cloth caps, suitable for British
Motoring. I picked out a jaunty number in what I would describe as "faded
dark olive".
