Nothing and everything.  It probably needs a drive dog.  These are highly
adjustible distributors - if it's for a 4 cylinder, it will fit just about
anything with 4 cylinders, but will need the right drive dog, the right
hold down mechanism, and maybe a sleeve to fit ideally into a distributor
hole.  Many of these have been sold to replace the 45D and 25D lucas
distributors that are common for MGB's (and many other cars).
