[Mgs] heater core leak advice

If you think it's fine otherwise, bypass it and take a lap blanket.

Last fall I took my Subaru to the Run Offs in Topeka, instead of the B.
It rained hard on Sunday, so it was probably a good idea. But I'd
rather have taken the B.
