[Mgs] Bumper Guard Conundrum

Yes, I really like the split bumpers on the 70B, too. As a matter of fact, I 
still have a set from the $5 car and have seriously thought about using them 
on my 74B. They need to be rechromed, too, but so does my original. 
Hmmm....decisions, decisions.
