This 1948 MG TC (EXPAG #5025) is one of a handful of early MG TCs modified in the U.S. for street legal weekend racing. This car was upgraded with an infamous 1937/1940 Ford V8 60 engine equipped with all of the 1950’s period correct high performance equipment. These engines were successfully used in dirt midgets or small hydroplane racing applications.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='font-size:14.0pt'>EXPAG #5025 was raced in the Mid Michigan region from the mid 1950’s to the late 1960’s and was an early member of the SCCA (#732) and, still obtains its original member tag on the firewall.
