[Mg-t] Wrench size for fitting on end of jet hose

What is the proper wrench to use on the fitting at the end of the jet hose (connecting to the float bowl) on an HS-4 carburetor (MGB)? None of my wrenches fit it, and I don't like to use crescent wrenches, if I can avoid it. Somehow the little hose pulled out of the fitting.
