[Mg-t] Painting chrome instrument panel

Don't waste your time.
Craig Seabrook, The Whitworth Shop, in Novelty, OH, does a great job,
and can chrome and paint the panel, for a reasonable amount. Can also
repair anything wrong with the panel.
