[Mg-t] Joining the list

Hi T listers

I have given a couple of T guys in New Zealand info on how to join the
list. They both got a message saying the moderator needs to approve it,
but nothing since. One was about three months ago and one a few weeks
ago.

Who looks after this side of things?
