Dan, Check that the throttle disks are properly centered in the throat of the carbs. Loosen the screws and move the disks around until the close exactly all the way around the disk. If the disks are not exactly centered in the carb throats, they will not close all the way, resulting in a high idle speed. Cheers, Dave
