Upcoming Events

 

o  Heartwood Acres coming up in late September

o  Mt Odin “Octoberfest” car cruise coming up onOctober 11th

§ Sign-ups are currently being taken.

§ Mt Odin snack bar will be available.

§ Beer, pop, fries, chicken and pizza will beavailable.

§ Projecting about 100 cars attending

§ Looking for help with the event, 

§ Event will be published in the Triumph ClubNewsletter

 

o  Holiday Party options were discussed.

§ Waterworks or Parkwood inn are the availablevenues that were discussed and it was decided to have the Party at the Parkwood Innthis year

§ The Proposed dates of December 6th orDecember 13th were discussed and it was decided that December 6this the preferred date.

§ The proposed time slot for the dinner wasdiscussed.  The options were put tomembership Vote, and the noon time slot was selected.

§ It has been decided that the official date andvenue for this year’s holiday party will be from Noon to 4pm on Saturday,December 6th at the Parkwood Inn, 1002 Cribb Street Greensburg PA.The dining room is reserved for the club. 

Meeting “Adjourned” at 7:10 and moved to parking lot todiscuss cars.
