[Lhbcc] Club name discussion

As talked about at Wednesday's meeting, we are thinking of changing the
name of the club in order to expand our reach and membership.

Names brought up were :

Laurel Highlands International Sports Car Club
Laurel Highlands Classic Sports Car Club
Laurel Highlands Classic Car Club
Laurel Highlands Vintage Sports Car Club
Laurel Highlands Antique Car Club
Laurel Highlands Antique Sports Car Club
Laurel Highlands European Car Club
Southwest PA (with any of the iterations above)

or we just keep it the same.
