You got it, Jack. Best possible way to keep the suits away. Those types
like to stay clear of business "opportunities" where the rules of play are
fuzzy and the assets are like the morning fog.
BTW, Barney Oldfield was a real piece of work.

Dan - I wouldn't begin to suggest that a definition like mine be made part
