[Land-speed] ???? Sorta

Neil - I think 14" wheels are an option on the Aluma trailer I'm interested 
in as are brakes.  This thing wouldn't be legal in CA for me and what I want 
to haul on it without them.  Nor would I be at all comfortable without 
trailer brakes given the hilly place where I live.  My house is 3/4 mile 
from the main county road and the altitude drop in that distance is 600 
feet. ......Ed
