[Land-speed] What is a "Penalty Day"? From>JG Magoo

The car was rolled up in a ball at a later meet. It was blamed on the chute. 
I watched the car at speed week and it was loose every run. Driver,Car. I 
don't know. Good looking car and had the right safety equipment. I think the 
BNI made the right call in setting the driver down for the day.
