[Land-speed] No Rust

My friend is going to baking soda blast the frame of my streamliner so I can
paint it . He mentioned that clean steel won't rust while traces of the media
are on it . Had to look that one up . Steel rusts from moisture and carbonic
acid which forms when water mixes with atmospheric co2  . The bare steel won't
rust because baking soda neutralizes the acid . Wonder if spraying water and
baking soda on after the salt is rinsed off would help .
