You might be able to get it at a car parts store.  I've found a good  
number of specialized 3M products at the local CarQuest, and I'd  
expect that Mike Crawford, the guy that owns and runs the CQ in  
Wendover, would be able to get and stock the stuff -- especially if  
someone requested him to do so.  Worth a try. . .
