The state of New Mexico runs Space Port America. In the future they
plan to build a 10,000 foot runway. The purpose of the operation is to
make money.

I wonder what kind of 240 foot times you could get on a 1 mile track?
Let's see, equip a FT Digger with a Martin-Backer zero-zero ejection seat,
and hmmmm..
