[Land-speed] OT hand cleaner pump

No, haven't figured out why the pump dies, I've found it pours right
out. I used to do the same "dipstick" thing.

 I have about 6 of those orange plastic containers of hand soap around
and the pumps don't work in any of them. Has anyone ever found a way to
fix the pump or make it live long enough to empty the contents of the
jug. I'm getting tired of using the pump for a dip stick to clean my
hands.
