[Land-speed] Drilling Plexiglass

Rich,
I think that if Plexiglas not allowed, then the rulebook (I haven't 
received mine yet either) should specifically point that out. And not 
leave it up to interpretation. How does one judge what "shatter 
resistant" really is? Acrylics are plastics.
