Have you checked with Kitaco?
They have 63mm and 64mm piston rings as well as 63.25mm, 63.50mm and 
63.75mm.
They have 61mm and 62mm as well as 64mm and 65mm also with sizes in 
between by .25mm increments.
Somewhere in there may be the size you need.
I'm afraid I don't know the width or thickness of their rings.
