[Land-speed] Speed week date changes

Hmmm...I spose they otta check the Inspection day.  Trying to get 
there on Sunday the 7th might cause a major disruption in the 
space-time continuum.  At least my calendar shows the 7th as a 
Friday.  Maybe I'm the one in the wrong time/date zone.
