Van Scoy and Sparky better watch out. Looks like Arizona is planning on 
making 1.2 Million dollars next year on speeding tickets. But how will 
they collect from the illegal ? They say they will have a sensor in the 
highway that records the speed and then take a picture of the vehicle. 
Looks like it is time to hav ethe James Bond rotating license plates on
