[Land-speed] Dakar Rally Cancellation/non LSR

The French are at it again! All they have to do is change the 
route..........The story suggested that.....Robby Gordon no less. I 
guess now the al Kaida runs not only France but their mere threat of 
terrorism shuts down races........what about The salt and how soon 
will they screw that up?
