[Land-speed] Anti-freeze Disposal..

Dang! I forgot about Yucky Mt and Jackass Flats! I bet they are now more 
restricted than just about anywhere, lol, because of the "fallout".  I 
am just gonna wander down to the corner radiator shop and sk them what 
the heck they do with their used coolants.
