[Land-speed] Electrathons at World of Speed

Thanks USFRA for putting on such a great event, even though I just spectated
it was great!

I threw up a web page with some pictures of one of the
Electrathon racers (limited to 67 pounds of batteries). One went 86 mph, and
another 89 mph.
