[Land-speed] Traffic, non LSR

My commuter can get 60mpg and I never get blown off the road.  And it already
allows me special lane rights.  I don't see people flocking to buy them
though; most are biased towards having 4 wheels...

I think a lot would get blown off the road by heavy weight 18
wheelers.
