Rick, when "I" signed up for AARP (8 1/2 years ago) -- Nancy got  
included in the deal, got the membership card in her name, gets the  
"benefits" -- even though she still isn't 50 (turns 48 in a few months).
Ergo, Tonya could have signed up both of them, even if she is stuck  
at age 39.
