Of course, I should have taken a photo but was in a last minute panic for other and better reasons! (MkII BT7).</span><o:p></o:p></p><p><span lang=EN-GB style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>In the end, we went with hinges outside, bolts facing inwards.
