                  I think I understand the measurement you want – see
                  the photo to confirm.   I get the odd size of 1.366”. 
                  I cleaned the inside of the tube so I think that is a
                  good measurement.  That diameter only continues for
                  about 1.5” up the tube,  then the tube diameter
                  increases; I can just feel the change with my finger.</span></p>
