<div dir="auto"><div dir="auto">Whilst researching for the Guidelines some time ago I spent quite a bit of time on those boot lid buffers. Part No. 4G8595</div><div dir="auto">They are somewhat illusive!</div><div dir="auto">They appear in the 100 parts list as being used in the 3 chromed steel top bow retainers but no mention of any buffers for the boot lid.</div><div dir="auto">They appear in the BN6 parts list as being used on the mounting arms for the side screens and for the boot lid although oddly they aren't listed in the part number index for the boot lid location.</div><div dir="auto">They are listed in all the 3000 parts lists for the boot lid.</div><div dir="auto">As far as I can figure the buffers used for the chromed steel top bow retainers are significantly smaller than those used for the boot lid or for that matter the side screen mounting arms.
