<div class="yiv9268932036MsoNormal">I bought a steering wheel boss for a bolted wheel with the standard collar type locking device from AH Spares in June 2021.  It came painted crackle black, so I had to get it refinished in gloss black.  Part No STG108A  It cost approx. £100 plus p&p plus VAT at 20%</div>
