The cost is based on a combination of weight and volume. If the item is heavy and compact weight will govern, if light and bulking then volume or maximum dimension. Royal Mail is usually a better option than DHL, UPS etc if the package will fit within Royal Mail restrictions. My experience is DHL is the worst option due to higher cost and hidden fees but some of the UK vendors are locked in to DHL.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">My suggest is to have Cape International take responsibility for as many of the shipping fees as they can and include the cost on your quote. If you are shipping into Canada the items are duty fee but the shipper must put the Canadian Harmonized Tariff code on the documents.
