These arms are attached to an internal shifter rod by a single bolt. <o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>In order to change the shift lever position, it is necessary to change the tower AND the arm with the socket that has the appropriate length. In order to change the arm it is necessary to open up the transmission to gain access to the arm and shifter rod.
