The key was to say that the plates were “For Exhibition Purposes Only”. Both parties knew that there was no exhibition on the horizon but he was, presumably, able to fill in all the blanks on his form……………<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-GB style='mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>(The French use dots and or dashes between some of the number groups in their plates. You will have to have proof of ownership to get one.
