the original blanking plate was actually a beautifully made die casting with
ribs in the shape of an X. Also as John mentioned it was installed with small
tubular spacers under the nut.</P>

of 1/8" steel plate. If you have a gacket set there should should be one to

authentic you need short spacers under the fixing nuts. It is assumed that
