Harold suggested snugging them up then about another 1/4 turn.<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Is there perhaps an accepted torque setting ?<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Also correct orientation of the washers - they don't appear to be symmetrical - there is thinner side about the center.<br></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Help as always appreciated,<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>rg<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div></body></html>
