Perhaps the recent problems with ordering from England using a credit card are due to Britain exiting the EU (BREXIT). International banking rules are established by covenants between the various countries - such as USA with the EU. Since Britain is no longer

 a member those covenants no longer apply and, in all probability, ones between the USA and Britain have not yet been fianlized.<br>
