My understanding is that banking arrangements are between banks, we each respecting their own countries laws. International banking rules are established by covenants between the various countries - such as USA with the EU. Since Britain is no longer a member those covenants no longer apply and, in all probability, ones between the USA and Britain have not yet been fianlized.<o:p></o:p></span></p></div></div></body></html>
