<div class="">No help, really, but since the car is 50+ years old, maybe someone along the way swapped out a bad one for one they had in stock. Maybe it came from an upscale car, like a Jaguar or Aston. Googling “choke cable stop” and “choke cable lock” didn’t
help.</div>
