<DIV>If by kick panels you mean the panels on the outsides on each footwell they
are secured with small cs Phillips screws.
<DIV>The passenger's side of a L H drive car is a bit weird in that it has a
large cut out in it and under the cut out, glued to the steel panel, is a piece
of vinal ... never been really sure why but that is how it is.</DIV>
