Not necessarily Banjo. I'm not sure that all BJ8s are set up that way since most of them have separate stop and turn signal lamps. I took the cue from the existence of a flasher relay.</div>

I have to disagree. The wiring diagram I have (BN1/2) shows the left front turn lamp connected to terminal #2 on the relay while the left rear is connected to terminal #3. They have to be split that way so the front directional lamps don't illuminate with the
 brake lights.</div>

<div class="x_PlainText">I would do some more research on your problem.  a flasher unit does not

send it's signal to each light separately, so if your rear signal is <br>
working, or if the signals to the right are working, then your flasher <br>
is working.  you may have a problem with the contacts in the bulb <br>
socket, a bad connection to the socket somewhere, or simply have a bad bulb.<br>
