DWR worm (normal ratio) & peg, new bearings & bearing cups. Careful adjustment of shims at front. Bearings seated properly - not cocked. 6 belleville washers. Filled with 00 grease.<br><br>I've isolated the problem to be in the box, as the binding is still present after I undo the tie rod ball joints from the steering arm.
