mean hoses with a stainless steel woven/braided outer

<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-GB>Now, I am thinking of getting some form of
clamp to minimize the drips and ingress of air.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

hoses?<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-GB>It seems to me that, were the clamp strong
enough to squish the hose flat, it would deform the braiding and the hose would
never recover?????<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-GB>Maybe better to plug the hose with a sharp
bit of wood and bleed the system afterwards??<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
