several decades to my days of being a Lifeguard. My dermatologist's eyes
rolled back when I said I drive a top-down sports car. One look at my
arms brought an immediate diagnosis of sun damage. I now wear a
Safari style hat with skirt to cover my ears and neck, long sleeve
shirt, and gloves. I apply SPF 50 sunscreen on face, the exposed
skin below my chin, hands and ears. This in no way deprives
me of the pleasure of driving my Healey. Hopefully, it will allow me to do
it longer.</DIV>

<DIV>Every six months I get a check up that usually involves freezing
pre-cancers or cutting out the questionable ones for biopsy. Wait until
you need the Blue Light or the 5-FU treatment. Not fun procedures.
If any biopsy comes back as Melanoma, your odds of living a long and fruitful
life are in jeopardy. </DIV>
